Each team must comprise a
majority (50% or more)
BITS Pilani students enrolled in
or after 2015.
The participants can be from any of the
4 BITS Campuses namely Pilani,
Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai.
The BITS students must be
actively involved in the venture.
Prize money will be given as
cheque, made in the name of
Team leader, who should be a
BITS student.
A Startup may have
cross-campus teams (eg. A team of
three can have one member from Pilani campus and 2 members from Goa
Campus.)
In case the startup is selected in the Top-50 through the Pan-India
Conquest track, the startup needs to declare while
registering, how they’ll want to
continue (via the
Pan-India track or via the
BITSian track.) It can’t be
changed later on.
Ventures that have acquired funding from
external investor-networks
(Angels, VCs) cannot participate.
Teams can be asked for proof regarding the aspects mentioned above at any
given time during competition. Any team that fails to do so will be
disqualified.
